Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

By renting equipment from Cullman Table & Chair Rental , you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. The rental agreement is binding upon payment and/or acceptance of the rented equipment.

2. Rental Period & Extensions

Standard rental duration is 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Extensions must be requested at least 1 week in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Rental Fees & Payment Terms

Rental fees are due in full prior to equipment delivery or pickup.
A security deposit of 20% will be required. Non-Refundable.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup are available outside the 20 mile radius of Cullman City for an additional fee.
Customer must ensure accessibility for delivery and pickup.
Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered. Any delays in pickup due to customer unavailability may result in additional charges.

5. Equipment Use & Responsibility

Customer is responsible for the care and proper use of rented equipment.
Equipment must not be moved to a different location without prior consent.
No modifications, alterations, or attachments should be made to the rented items.
Tents must be properly secured at all times; the Company is not liable for damages due to improper installation if not performed by the Company.

6. Damage, Loss, & Liability

Customer assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during the rental period.
Charges for damaged or missing items will be determined based on repair or replacement costs.
If any item is damaged beyond repair or lost, the Customer will be charged the full price of the item for replacement.
The Company is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of rented equipment.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

A 20% deposit is required to secure a rental and is non-refundable.
Full payment 1 week prior to the event is required.
If the customer cancels after paying in full, refunds will be issued as follows:
7+ days before the event: 80% refund (full amount minus deposit).
3-6 days before the event: 50% refund (half of what is paid after deposit).
Less than 3 days before the event or same-day cancellations: No refund.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation and/or accepting rented equipment, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement.
